Footwear Return Policy - Chere


At Chere, we guarantee that your shoes will not only fit well, but also look terrific on you. Your pair was lovingly handcrafted, and we hope you enjoy wearing them as much as we enjoy making them.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the way your shoes fit and would like to exchange or return them, we have 7 days returns policy.


Introduction


This Returns Policy (Returns Policy) applies to all purchases made on our websites. This Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions (Terms) and any capitalized terms not defined in this Returns Policy are defined in the Terms. You agree to comply with all Terms when accessing or using our Services, including this Returns Policy.



1. Faulty/Defective Product


If an item is faulty, wrongly described, incorrect, then we will fulfil our promise, which may include providing a replacement product, provided that you have followed the process of returning the order. If an item is found to be defective or faulty, you will be required to book your return through the Returns Portal by selecting ‘Faulty’ as the reason from the drop-down options. In order to assist us in facilitating the returns process, you may be required to upload clear images of the damage, defect or fault for us to assess.


If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will provide you with a replacement, online store credit on the faulty item (at your election). We will require that you return the defective or faulty item to Chere by post at our expense and we will contact you to provide further information regarding this process. we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery


Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some Products if there is no longer stock available.


  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

  • In the case of returns, the merchandise must be in saleable condition (that is, the item is unworn or unused, with all original packaging or tags attached and where the products seal is not broken or tampered). Orders received outside timeline of 7 days will not accepted.


  • 2. Returns


    Store Credit


  • If you are to receive online store credit, the credits are applied to your Chere Account.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months before expiry.

  • Store credits are non-refundable once applied to the account.

  • You can check your store credit balance by logging on to your account. To use your store credits, you will have the option in the checkout on the payment step.


  • 3. Refunds


  • No Monetary Refunds will be issued. We only offer exchange for replacement or a credit note.

  • All items bought during a sale, including those with discounts of 50% or more and items acquired through Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


  • 4. Cancellation Policy


    For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after this period will not be considered canceled and the amount will not be refunded.
