Do you ship outside of India?
No, currently we only ship Pan India
What are the terms and conditions for shipping?
We offer free shipping and cash on delivery across India.
Orders placed in India are catered by reliable courier services such as like Bluedart, Delhivery and Xpressbee.
What are the payment options available?
You can purchase any product using credit card, debit card, internet banking. We also offer cash on delivery in India.

How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a tracking number on your email ID once your order has been shipped.

How much time will it take for me to receive my order?
We know how eager customer is to get their hands on their orders. We dispatch your orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It takes around 3-5 working days for the delivery of shipment depending on your location in India.
These delivery timelines are subject to location, distance and the availability of
our logistics partner.
Note: There might be a delay in deliveries during national holidays, festivals and circumstances like natural calamities.
What if the shoes received are damaged?
We make an extra effort to deliver your shoes to you in a best condition.

Shoes having manufacturing defects will be replaced.
How do I know my size?
If you are unsure about your size, pls refer to Chere Size Chart. If you have broader feet, we suggest choosing a size up from your regular size.
What is store timing?
Our retail store is open from Monday to Sunday from 10.30 am to 9 pm.
